My flight to Puerto Vallarta has been booked for December. That means I am going to obsess over this trip until my departure. My travel dates are December 20-30. Which is, from what I have read, one of the best times to visit Puerto Vallarta. I give myself accolades for finding a decently price flight and accommodations as a home base. During this 10-day jaunt I will choose my activities wisely as Puerto Vallarta is, for me, a bucket list destination.
Proposed Itinerary - The Early Bird Catches the Worm
Most of the information I source about Puerto Vallarta comes from Google Searches, You Tube videos and publications. Puerto Vallarta is a new destination for me; and what I good choice I made. Puerto Vallarta is considered a fabulous place to visit during the Christmas season.
December 20 - Arrival:
The accommodation I booked is near grocery shopping, so this is the time to settle in and stock up on the favorites and survey our surroundings.
December 21 - Zona Romantica and Malecon
Apparently, this is Puerto Vallarta's signature area to visit. Cobblestone streets, architecture, restaurants, boardwalks, history, beachfront, cafes, art, and sophistication.
December 22 - Hidden Beach Tour
December 23 - Los Muertos Beach
Attached to the Malecon Boardwalk is Los Muertos Beach. It is the most popular beach in Puerto Vallarta. I predict an all-day sight see. Check out all the action below:
December 24 - Romantic Zone Christmas Eve Dinner
December 25 - Yelapa
I am not sure what tours are operating these days or which beach is easier to navigate. I just want to be there:
December 27 - Nuevo Vallarta
December 28 - Las Caletas
This place looks divine.
December 29 - Free Day
Whatever floats the boat.
December 30 - Homeward
